XL to L...L to M...M to S (slimming la konon)

again..this year i hope i can make a move to a slimmer body..hahahaha..come on... i join my colleague playing badminton everyday..as an initiative to my mission..cewahh..i lost 1kg in a week time..of coz with a strict diet(but not until u faint)..hehehe.. just want to share with guys that having the same problem with me..i dont take rice but i change it to other menu such as yong tau fu or steam beancurd with chicken..my target is to have my ideal weight before month of June..hehehe..i want to groom well during one of my best friend's wedding Miss Justina..(congrat juz..we hope that u'll break the curse,well she knows **)..anyway, wish me luck k..chaiyok..hehehe..

    1kg a week is good. carry on doing it, be motivated..jgn sekerat jalan, trust me..aku ambik masa 3 bulan nak nyuruh berat ku nait jadi 45kg. susah nangggg susah sebab makanan nang liat lah mok lekat tapi keinginan ya sangat sangat tinggi, aku teruskan juak..so can you..:) altho mission kita different, azamnya tetap sama..nar sik?

  2. lynn..memang benar..azam ya ng sama..wah best na juak badan ko..x lekat2..metabolisma ko ng tinggi mencapai tahap dewa 19..hahaha..aku..begitu liat lemak2 d badanku utk susut trutama d paha..aku sekarang berjinak jinak dgn sukan badminton bg mrealisasikan impian ini..hahaha
